Light in Ruins explores how abandoned churches like St. Dunstan-in-the-East in London become spaces of reflection where nature and history merge. Inspired by light, architecture, and plant life, the project translates these elements into a typeface, with each letter representing a spatial or emotional aspect of the site. Through typography, photography, and editorial design, it re-imagines the church as a quiet refuge in a fast-paced world asking whether such “silent spaces” still hold value in contemporary life.
